By downloading, installing, or using Sell It ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Sell It is an iOS application that helps users create and manage eBay listings. The app uses AI to analyze photos of items and suggest listing details including titles, descriptions, and pricing.
To use the full features of the app, you must have a valid eBay account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your eBay account credentials. The app accesses your eBay account through eBay's official OAuth authorization process.
Sell It offers an optional premium subscription (Sell It Pro) that provides additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions for auto-renewable subscriptions. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
The app uses artificial intelligence to generate listing suggestions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may not always be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all listing content before publishing to eBay.
You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and eBay's policies. You are solely responsible for the content of your eBay listings and the items you sell.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
